The Festival program has been widely publicised and shared both locally and internationally through word of mouth, marketing and social media.  Please read workshop information and policies carefully, as there are slight differences in the way we are handling bookings for the Festival.  A number of dedicated places will be held for Guild members in all workshops for the first two weeks. We suggest that you book within the first two weeks to avoid disappointment.


FESTIVAL WORKSHOP POLICY 
Enrolments can be made by email, phone, or in person and must be accompanied by either the full payment or a non-refundable deposit of $30.00 per workshop per day.  When a deposit only has been paid, the balance must be paid in full by the “Payment Due Date” which is six (6) weeks before the workshop.  The place of any student who has not paid the full fee by the “Payment Due Date” may then be taken by a student on the waiting list.  Workshop requirements will be sent out five (5) weeks prior to the workshop commencement to fully paid participants.  
Refund / Cancellation Policy:    
The Guild reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances.  In this situation, a full refund will be made to participants.  In addition to the non-refundable deposit of $30 per day, cancellations by workshop participants less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop will attract a fee if the Guild is not able to fill your place.  The Guild will endeavour to fill last minute places from the waiting list, however, if this is not possible, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the workshop cost.
